Shadowing days, away rotations and electives offered by verified physicians.
One day in a clinic is worth a term of reading about it. Shadowing is also the single most common gap in a pre-med application, and the hardest thing to arrange without knowing a physician. That is the gap this page exists to close.
Nothing is open at the moment. Shadowing days appear here more often than rotations do.
If you are a physician who could offer one, write to us and we will post it.
How to take one up
Where a listing has its own sign-up link, use it — that goes straight to whoever is running it. Otherwise write to students@md-universe.com, name the listing, and say in three or four lines where you are in your training and why this one. Requests are passed to the host, who decides.
We do not keep an account for you and there is no profile to fill in. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should be on the email.
